Family Night - November 2, 2000

Our opportunity to launch the product and showcase the skills learned along the way is scheduled for November 2, 2000. The gathering will commence 7.00pm for 7.30pm.

GFLS will present, along with the Project Managers (PW, Chrisx2). Dr McManus will MC the night. After presenations, students from teams will showcase their skills, and presnet the before-after story (content to product)

We shall set up the Campbell Centre as follows:

We anticipate 5 presentation 'stations' consisting of screens and data projectors.

Teams will showcase their stuff after main presentation. Also MM Lab will be open with copies of CDROM running for people to browse.

Catering and 'informal' atmosphere should ensure people get to see what was done, how and by whom. Team leaders will coordinate what and who shows what - liase with PW or Chrisx2 as well.
