Prep for festivities is always fun. Family feast tomorrow, lots to do. I hope you and your families enjoy the prep time as much as the day itself.

This is Cuong Hung Nguyen’s “Ratatouille”, the comic rat from the Pixar movie of the same name – a charming and complex fold that nearly failed many times. I like the chef’s hat and head detail a lot.
